| Refund Policy: If a client has a charge that he/she did not authorize, and has been billed by us, we will issue a refund to that account within one Month from the time of complaint!, If the card was used under suspicious circumstances, either by an unauthorized member of the card holders household, or another unknown person(s). Universal Pass Terms and Conditions of Membership Before You can become an active member of the Universal Pass Portal and receive a Universal Pass access ID, you must read and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the following paragraphs. The Universal Pass Services are intended to help prevent minors from accessing adult material located on independently owned and operated adult web sites that have chosen to restrict access to the content. By Reading This Document you are making the following representations: 1. I am at least 18 years old (or 21 in areas where 21 is the age of majority) at the time of application/acceptance of the UniversalPass ID. 2. I understand that I will be exposed to sexually-explicit material contained on any sites accessed with my Universal Pass ID, and further acknowledge that I do this of my own free will, I wish to access such materials and am not offended by graphic explicit displays of any sexual activity. 3.Universalpass.com, UWBill & Dominant Web, Inc. cannot and will not be responsible for the content displayed by web sites that utilize the Universal Pass Entertainment Network 4. I am aware of the standards of my local community with respect to sexually oriented materials; I am familiar with the materials offered by this Web site; and I warrant and certify that these materials do not offend the standards of the average adult in my community. 5. I shall not allow any other person or entity to know or use the password provided to me by Universal Pass. I shall solely incur damages and responsibilities for the improper, illegal, negligent or unauthorized use of the Universal Pass ID. I agree that if someone else uses my password it will be cancelled. 6. I shall not copy or redistribute any copyrighted materials made available through the use of the Universal Pass system to any other person or entity, nor shall I violate the intellectual property rights of owners of the sites and web materials including but not linited to, graphics, software, text, copyright claims. 7. I acknowledge and am aware that Universal Pass does not produce, review, edit, transmit, communicate or otherwise distribute any of the Live feeds, video feeds, webcam, spycam, xxx games, streaming video/Audio, interactive chat, materials from it's servers, such feeds are linked to and provided by, but not limited to such vendors and Ibill.net, Babenet.com, Net Vend, Igallery. All content is subject to change, regardless of what webmasters sites or the company sites may state, content is rotated at random intervals, and updates to company sites may be made after content changes. 8. Upon aquiring an Universal Pass Membership ID I will be provided access independently operated web sites which may contain materials that are not suitable for minors, including, but not limited to, sexually explicit adult oriented materials, depictions and descriptions of graphic nudity, simulated or actual sexual acts, auto eroticism and homosexuality. 9. UniversalPass.com, UWBill & Dominant Web, Inc. at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse service to any person at any time. 10. Upon gaining membership I represent and warrant that, in the event that I should accesses any Materials, that I will not use the Materials in any unlawful manner, will not display or transmit the Materials to, or allow access of the Materials by, minors. 11. I agree to review this agreement from time to time, as posted on the Universal Pass site, and look for amendments or changes that may be made to the agreement by Universal Pass at any time. Changes are effective and become a part of this agreement as of the time that Universal Pass posts the change on the site. 12. I acknowledge and agree that UniversalPass.com, UWBill & Dominant Web, Inc. is not responsible for any contact that I may receive as a result of the use of the Universal Pass password or visitation of any webmaster site accessed by use of the UniversalPass password. I understand that the Internet involves risk from viruses, hacking and numerous other interactions that can cause damage to my property. I understand, acknowledge and agree that UniversalPass.com UWBill & Dominant Web, Inc. is not responsible for any damage caused to my property when using the UniversalPass password. 13. Persons wishing to cancel may do so at: /faq.html#What if I decide to cancel In order to be valid, a cancellation of the membership/trial membership must be received by UniversalPass.com, UWBill & Dominant Web, Inc. or any third party billing such as but not limited to Either ( Epoch, Segpay).com, Ibill.net no later than 24 hours prior to end of that Trial Period. 14. All members who have accepted the trial memberships shall be charged a monthly membership fee at the then-standard monthly subscription rate(s) and their monthly memberships will automatically renew on a monthly basis until cancelled. 15. Universal Pass services are provided to you on an "AS IS" basis without any express or implied warranty of any kind. No warranty is made by UniversalPass.com, UWBill & Dominant Web, Inc. or should be implied, regarding any information, services, Materials or products provided through or by Company or by any participating web sites. 16. In no way nor under any circumstances may you or any other person for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for loss goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, any interruption in service or inability of Member to access participating web sites due to technical difficulties or failure of the internet, world wide web, phone lines, switching or any other causes beyond its control, or any and all other commercial damages resulting from accessing, viewing or using any use of Materials of a participating web site even if, in any such case, Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 17. Any dispute that arises under or relates to this Agreement, whether contract, tort, or both, shall be resolved in any court in Los Angeles County, California having jurisdiction over same. Any dispute arising from this agreement where the potential recovery, including costs and attorneys fees (should there be a claimed basis for recovering same), exceeds $5,000 shall be resolved by binding arbitration according to the then-effective rules of the American Arbitration Association for a single arbitrator. The parties understand that they are waiving their rights to a jury trial. 18. All notices, payments, statements or other documents that any party to this Agreement is required to or elects to give to the other party hereto will be in writing and will be delivered in one of the following ways: (a) by personal delivery; (b) by addressing the notice to Company at 1528 Canada Blvd #204, Glendale CA 91208, and to YOU at the address YOU have supplied to Company in Your Application and depositing the same registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, in the United States mail; (c) by Federal Express; (d) by facsimile transmission; or (e) by E-mail and transmission by first class U.S. mail. In addition, Company may make change to these Terms and Conditions by posting notice of such change on the front page of its web site located at http://universalpass.com/disclaimer.html, such notice, statement or other document so delivered, except as this Agreement expressly provides otherwise, shall be conclusively deemed to have been given when actually received (personal delivery, Federal Express, facsimile transmission or Email), or three (3) business days after. 19. Memberships will automatically renew, upon the terms and conditions effective as of the anniversary date of the renewal period to be valid, a cancellation of the One Year Membership, Member must contact Universal Pass (/faq.html) By E-mail at least within 7 days prior to renewal date. Member authorizes either UWBill & Dominant Web, Inc. or Either (Epoch, segpay). to charge renewal to credit card originally provided at the new rate of membership. 20. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes and cancels all other prior agreements, discussion, or representations, whether written or oral. No officer, employee or representative of Company or You has any authority to make any representation or promise in connection with this Agreement or the subject matter thereof which is not contained expressly in this Agreement; and, Company and You hereby acknowledge and agree that neither Company nor You have entered into this Agreement in reliance upon any such representation or promise. |
